Northampton based Universal Personnel was formed in September 2012 after receiving financial investment from key shareholders Recruit Ventures who assist entrepreneurial individuals with a proven track record in the recruitment industry set up their own business.
Having recently undergone a change in management, shareholders Recruit Ventures offered the current Operations Director Simon Simfield directorship having been a key player in developing the business further.
