Jark (Norwich) Ltd, an independent recruitment business covering the healthcare and industrial sectors, has rebranded to form Roos Recruitment.
Roos started trading on Monday September 3rd, after moving to a newly refurbished office on Prince of Wales Road.
The agency’s Managing Director Susan Roos, who had been heading up the business since April 2017, and has over 20 years’ experience in recruitment, is looking forward to taking Roos Recruitment to a new level.
“It felt like it was the right time to rebrand the business and put my own stamp on it,” she told the Eastern Daily Press.
“The business has been independent for over a year now and I have ambitious plans to take the business forward and expand on our operations in and around Norwich and Norfolk.
“We want to be seen as a recruitment agency that covers the whole region not just the City or County and that’s one of the big reasons behind the re-brand.”
As well as rebranding to ensure her business was best placed to grow and expand over the coming years, the Roos Recruitment boss also wanted to ensure her brand reflects her own recruitment philosophy.
“Roos isn’t just about the name above the door, it is about the standards we set and the service we provide.
“We are setting the bar high; aiming to exceed the needs of all and ensure that we are a recruitment agency that our clients are proud to work with and an agency where our candidates know they will be well looked after”
Roos Recruitment is a joint venture recruitment company supported by Dereham-based The Recruit Venture Group, who are the UK’s largest joint venture company with 46-recruitment joint ventures across the UK.
Paul Mizen, The Recruit Venture Group’s Managing Director is delighted to see Roos Recruitment operational after a big effort from all involved in the rebrand.
