“There’s never been a better time to start a recruitment business.”
That’s not just the words of The Recruit Venture Group Managing Director Paul Mizen, but also the actions, after the recent launch of three new recruitment enterprises.
That brings the total amount of recruitment businesses partnered and supported by The Recruit Venture Group to 46, with more already on the horizon.
The new start-ups, Wilson Recruitment, SaVi Recruitment and Recruit2Care, are all led by recruitment professionals who wanted to make the ultimate career move and start their own venture.
Managing Director Paul Mizen said: “I firmly believe that if you are thinking of starting your own recruitment business, then the best time is right now. That’s why I’m really pleased to help get these three exciting ventures launched. They are all led by people who I know have the natural talent and drive to make them a great success.
“We now partner 49 independent recruitment businesses, based all over the country and catering for a wide range of business sectors. Our model works, and the proof is in the growing balance sheets of all our businesses. They are all being powered forward by recruitment professionals who have really come into their own since being in charge of their own enterprises. They are now truly getting back what they put in and building a business legacy that will set them up for life.”
The first of those new businesses, Wilson Recruitment, based in Northampton, serves the industrial, driving and commercial sectors. New managing director Patrick Wilson has five years’ experience in the Northampton area and was principal consultant with his former employer before making the step to launching his own enterprise.
Recruit2Care is based in Andover, Hampshire, and serves the healthcare sector. It is led by Managing Directors Laura Hosking and Denise Coates, who both previously had a long and varied career in recruitment before deciding to launch the business.
SaVi Recruitment has launched in Lutterworth in the heart of the Midlands, and is aiming to use modern digital tools and technology to offer an advanced service for clients and candidates. New Managing Director Scott Saunders’ vision is to be a 21st Century, cutting-edge agency, who is one step ahead in a fast changing business and technological world.
All of the businesses have been supported by The Recruit Venture Group from initial idea through to launch. That support will remain as the business expands.
The Recruit Venture Group model saw all three business given 100% of the finance needed to launch. That means no financial risk to the new business owner and no stress over putting up personal assets and savings as collateral.
Second, all of the back office support, including accounts, payroll, HR, legal and IT is provided, meaning there is no time consuming, expensive administration to think about. All the new business owner needs to do is get out into the marketplace and recruit and start generating revenues from the day one.
And finally, The Recruit Venture Group team is on hand at every step of business journey, with a senior team with decades of experience in a variety of areas to tap into for advice and guidance.
Paul added: “What’s rewarding is seeing how these new business owners are flourishing already. We know there are many more recruitment professionals out there who could be doing just the same, and we’d love to hear from them.
“The next business we support will be our 50th, so we’re really looking forward to that milestone.”
