Jade Taylor was awarded Apprentice of the Quarter after Nova Training were impressed with the dedication and quality of work she had provided during her 12 month apprenticeship with Wolverhampton recruitment agency Inside Right.
“We initially approached Nova Training to offer an apprenticeship as we felt our business would provide the perfect opportunity for a young person to learn about the field of recruitment. Jade joined us in November 2015 and has been a true asset to the business. We are so proud of her and all she has achieved, she is hardworking and conscious and has quickly got ‘stuck in’ and taken to the role.” said Director of Inside Right, Ben Jones.
Jade’s apprenticeship with Inside Right initially began as an administration role but over time she has moved around to upskill herself and provide a broader understanding of the recruitment industry, This opportunity has also enabled Jade to achieve a level 2 in I.C.T.
Jade completes her apprenticeship ahead of schedule in June and will join the team on a full-time contract as part of their permanent recruitment desk. She plans to continue her training and undertake a Level 3 in Business Administration to help her to grow and develop within the business.
“I was so excited to win this award, I have loved working with Inside Right and learnt so much about the business. Ben, Luke and the team have given me so much encouragement and support during my apprenticeship, I can’t wait to become a permanent member of the team” said Jade.
Inside Right was also awarded Apprenticeship Employer of the Quarter after they were recognised for the support they have provided Jade to encourage her to grow her abilities and achieve more.
