Is Crowdfunding A Key Word In Starting A Recruitment Business ?

Key Words – Crowd funding
Key words are important. They determine who reads content, and how blogs are communicated.

Crowdfunding. Starting. Recruitment. Business.

Our point here is that there are a lot of links between those key words on the internet just now. Certainly there’s a lot of interest in starting up a recruitment business. We know that. as it’s our world. and Crowdfunding is the new option for raising finance. Businesses of every shape and, projected, size are using it .

When it comes to linking crowdfunding to recruitment you, if you’re recruitment professional, might find it’s an unexpected fusion. Or at least not what you’re looking for. That’s because much of the recruitment tied to crowdfunding is about recruiting ‘would be’ investors. There are many websites dedicated to that sole purpose.

So is there another, more direct link? In theory you could recruit investors to back you in starting up your own recruitment business, from a crowdfunding campaign. It would be cheaper – even with today’s interest rates, than going to the bank. It would be less demanding than a loan from other sources. It would show that you’re innovative, modern and in step with the latest business practices – projecting a great image to potential customers.

But, would it really do the job?

Let’s assume that, if you’re reading this with interest it’s partly because we got the key words right (!) but also because you’re probably a recruitment consultant, running a team maybe, or driving a busy desk. You’ve got five years or so experience. Maybe three of those years have been spent acquiring knowledge of a specific sector. And you’d like to start up on your own. Because you’ve got ideas of how it should be done. Because you’d like to make some money – for you rather than your employer.

If that is you, you’ve probably made some initial plans and even explored how to raise the finance. And of course you’ve realised that starting up is a complex process. You’ve got to find premises. There are the computers and equipment to source, and the vital systems to install. All of it to do, and all of it needing money, because the first few months will be as much about outgoings as they are income.

Ideally then, even with the money in place, you need someone to support you. Someone to guide you on how best to allocate your resources, and in what priority. Someone who understands recruitment.

That’s where we come in with our own key words. Word like these –

‘Our Recruit Ventures business model is tailored for recruitment professionals just like you. If you’re serious about starting up on your own we’ll provide 100% funding, shares and dividends, a guaranteed salary, no financial risk and access to a full back office support function to help you start up your own business’.
It’s not money from an anonymous bank manager, nor funds from a crowd of well meaning, but highly expectant, investors. It’s money, and support and guidance, from people who really understand recruitment.

So here’s a few more key words. Recruit Ventures. Help. You. To. Start. Your. Own Recruitment. Business. And. Succeed.
